Bridal Suite & Lounge
We encourage you to take full advantage of our new bridal suite where you can get ready beforehand and use all evening. During your reception, both you and your guests can relax in our lounge with complete access to all Twenty-16 Main soft furnishings.
You or someone you know have something important to say? We want to make sure your guests hear (or see) it loud and clear. You’ll have access to our A/V system, which includes microphones, projector, and television.
Reserved Parking & Access
Your wedding rental includes reserved parking in a lot on the west side of the building (view map). Additionally, we’re located right on the streetcar line making it easy for your guests to make it to you reception sans car if they choose.
Unlimited Planning Sessions
Our Events Team will work with you to ensure you get hitched… without a hitch. Over the course of your engagement, we’ll touch base a number of times before our final walkthrough, when we’ll make sure every single detail is accounted for.
Banquet Tables & Chairs
Each wedding package includes the use of all Twenty-16 Main banquet chairs and tables. We have 250 white folding chairs, 10 round banquet tables, 11 eight-foot rectangle tables, and five hi-tops for you to use as you please.
Did someone mention cocktails? Twenty-16 Main offers a number of bar and beverage options (more info here). No matter the package you choose, our team takes care of all bartending services keeping your glasses more than half full
The safety of all Twenty-16 Main clients and their guests is our top priority. Beginning 30 minutes prior to your event, off-duty KCPD security will be on-site for the duration of the evening to ensure all runs smoothly and everyone goes home safely.
Set-up & Clean-up
Twenty-16 Main staff will handle basic set-up (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) for your event. Once it’s over, we’ll tear it all down and clean-up so you can get out of here. After all, don’t you have a honeymoon to get to.
